Terms

These terms govern use of the Latesha Kellam website. By using the site, you acknowledge that its articles are editorial and critical analysis of casino review and rating systems. The site is not a casino, sportsbook, gambling operator, regulator, auditor, or legal adviser.

Editorial information, not gambling advice

Articles discuss how rating platforms describe scores, user reviews, expert reviews, trust labels, licensing references, and player-protection factors. They do not tell you to gamble, choose an operator, make a deposit, or treat gambling as income. No article guarantees safety, availability, legality, winnings, withdrawals, or any other outcome.

Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. The site is intended for adults aged 21 and over where gambling is legal. You are responsible for understanding the laws and rules that apply in your location and for deciding whether to use any external service.

No ratings or certifications are issued

Latesha Kellam does not award numeric casino scores, stars, verified badges, licences, or compliance certificates. A short margin phrase is an editorial reading cue, not an audit result. A discussion of another platform’s score does not adopt or guarantee that score.

Public information can be incomplete or change after publication. The desk works to identify dates and sources, but it cannot promise that every linked page remains available or that every external record is updated in real time.

External links remain independent

The site links to third-party methodology pages, official registers, responsible-gambling resources, reporting, and other sources. Latesha Kellam does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or accuracy. A link is provided for citation or context unless expressly described otherwise.

The desk currently does not publish casino operator affiliate referral links. If a commercial link is introduced in the future, it will be disclosed. Commission will not buy a favorable conclusion.

Permitted use of the publication

You may read, link to, and quote limited portions of published material for lawful commentary, criticism, or reference, provided the quotation is accurate and attributed. You may not republish entire articles, remove attribution, present the desk’s work as your own, or use the logo to imply endorsement, licensing, certification, or partnership.

Automated access that disrupts the site, bypasses reasonable controls, collects personal information, or republishes substantial content is prohibited. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable fair-use or fair-dealing rights.

Corrections and right of reply

Potential factual errors may be sent to [email protected]. Identify the article, disputed statement, and supporting public source. The desk may correct confirmed errors and publish a dated note. It is not required to remove supported opinion, reproduce promotional copy, or accept a proposed rewrite.

Sending material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, professional, or client relationship. Do not send information you are not authorized to share. Unsolicited submissions may be reviewed, declined, or deleted.

Limits of responsibility

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or that editorial material will suit a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You remain responsible for decisions made after reading the site, including decisions involving gambling, money, legal rights, or third-party services. If gambling is causing harm, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700, visit ncpgambling.org, or call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the publication’s operation or legal obligations change. Continued use after a revised version is posted means the current terms apply to subsequent use. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
