The most useful messages to this desk are specific. If you have found a factual error, an outdated methodology link, an unclear disclosure, or a source that materially changes an article’s conclusion, write to [email protected].
How to send a correction
Please include the article title or URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and the public source that supports a correction. If the issue concerns a licensing statement, an official regulator page or register entry is preferable to a promotional page. If it concerns a rating platform’s method, link to the current methodology or policy and note any visible update date.
Sidney Hunter reviews substantive notices against the source used in the article and any newer primary documentation. Confirmed errors that change meaning are corrected and dated. Typographical fixes that do not alter meaning may be made without a formal correction note.
Questions about our method
You may ask why an article treated a source as primary, why it described a trust score as self-assigned, or why it declined to infer an undisclosed weighting. We cannot promise a private explanation of every editorial decision, but well-supported questions can expose ambiguity and improve future work.
Remember that “not publicly documented” is not necessarily an accusation. It identifies the limit of what a reader can verify from available material. If a platform publishes a clearer method after an article appears, send the new page and we will consider whether the article needs an update.
Messages from platforms and operators
Review platforms, casino operators, agencies, and public-relations representatives may submit on-record factual information. Identify your organization and relationship to the subject. Do not describe promotional copy as an independent audit, and do not send private personal data about customers or employees.
A request for correction does not need to be accompanied by an advertising proposal. Advertising or affiliate interest does not create editorial leverage. The desk currently does not publish casino operator referral links, and payment cannot purchase a favorable annotation.
What this inbox cannot provide
Latesha Kellam cannot resolve player account disputes, recover deposits, reverse self-exclusion, verify identity documents, or intervene with a casino or regulator. The desk is not a gambling operator, legal service, complaint adjudicator, or emergency service. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification, medical information, or full account records.
If your question concerns an operator account, use the operator’s official support and complaint process and, where appropriate, the regulator or dispute body named in its terms. Verify addresses independently before sending sensitive information.
Urgent gambling support
This editorial inbox is not monitored as a crisis line. If gambling is causing distress, financial harm, or loss of control, free and confidential support is available through the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 and ncpgambling.org. You may also call 1-800-GAMBLER. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
Response expectations
We prioritize correction notices, source updates, privacy requests, and clear questions about published work. We may not answer bulk outreach, link-exchange requests, requests for a guaranteed article, or pitches unrelated to rating-system analysis. A lack of reply does not grant permission to quote the desk as endorsing a product or claim.
For all editorial, correction, privacy, and general inquiries, the contact address is [email protected].
